Commission's (TJC) Gold Seal of Approval - a proud
achievement. This certificate of achievement recognizes
that your health care staffing firm provides qualified
and competent supplemental staffing
services.
Health care organizations know that
you are dedicated to quality and your goal should be to
maintain that trust. You must continuously monitor
and improve business practice, not just supply health
care professionals.
That being said, it is
implicit that your agency monitor performance

we strongly recommend a Gap Analysis. This
effective tool will record where you are, where you need
to go, what actions are needed to get there, and how
long it will take. This exercise is critical so that you
can be confident that all is in place prior to your
unannounced visit.
