Welcome Dallas!
Dallas
Piana is an experienced senior healthcare professional, accomplished in
many roles in nursing leadership and management. Dallas' focus has been
in rebuilding and standardizing the infrastructure of nursing and
patient care services departments so that healthcare organizations can
operate more efficiently while simultaneously managing labor
costs. Both through contract bargaining and joint labor management task
forces, Dallas' commitment and motivation contributes to successful
relationships by facilitating employee involvement in working
together towards common goals.
Dallas has expertise in managing large change projects including
restructuring and redesign,hospital closure, rightsizing
workforce, nursing staffing and budget strategies,and opening and
closing hospital patient care units.
As the West coast consultant, Dallas will offer her expertise in
helping healthcare staffing agencies become certified by Joint
Commission and serve as a team member in other MHS engagements.
